At Thesis we pride ourselves on being grounded in the real world. We have a commitment to clear and transparent communication – so your experience of dealing with us should be positive, straightforward and enjoyable.
Working with new clients should be a collaborative process and you should be assured that we are working with you every step of the way. The way that we go about meeting the needs and objectives of our prospective clients can be summarised as follows:
- We prepare an introduction to Thesis which would be presented to you at an initial meeting with an Investment Manager.
- The aim of the meeting would then be for us to gain a complete understanding of your investment priorities and risk objectives.
- After the meeting, Thesis will prepare a set of recommendations personalised to your circumstances and financial objectives. Ideally, we would aim to present this to you at a follow-up meeting.
- At the second meeting, we explain our recommendations in detail.
- If you are in agreement, a Thesis Investment Manager will create a portfolio for you.
- Once set up, you will receive a report from us every six months on how your portfolio has performed.
- Should your circumstances change in the future, we are always happy to review your needs and objectives. You can access your portfolio valuations at any time via a secure Thesis client website.
- We are always available to our clients and their other professional advisers at our six offices, or to talk on the phone.
